The first underground Web3 conference in Bangkok, sub0 Reset, marked a cultural reset for the Polkadot and Substrate ecosystem. In just 7–8 weeks, the WebZero team brought Polkadot back to its hacker roots, transforming an abandoned factory into a 6-floor industrial paradise with a rooftop beach, 24-hour hackerspace, stages, booths, custom art, and signature catering. With over 1,700 attendees over three days, sub0 Reset set a new standard for Polkadot events. Extended from two to three days, it featured food, beverages, and programs that ran into the night, fostering a vibrant and inclusive atmosphere. The event drew 83 partnerships, boosting its reach across Southeast Asia and attracting a record number of local enthusiasts and newcomers.
